Dr Paul Valasek,
Thanks for writing to me/my blog. I recommend your book ( http://www.amazon.com/Hallers-Polish-Army-in-France/dp/0977975703/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1326541994&sr=1-1) as the definitive guide on the Blue Army / Haller's Army. I have read your articles on the Internet and in Polish Newsletters and I have even had the good fortune to hear one of your presentations at a Polish genealogical conference. Readers, please note that Dr Valasek is a NOTED Polish genealogist from the Chicago area who writes/presents widely Polish genealogical topics -- a true expert.

You and I traded emails once related to your research on Cholera epidemics in the church records (I think for the Gen Dobry, e-newsltter).

I see that you have recently written about the Polish people who were on the Titanic in the PGSA newsletter(?). Is there a book for that too (please feel free to post the link here too)?

Thanks for writing Paul. I feel honored that you stumbled upon my blog.
